By accessing and using invoicing.com.au ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

invoicing.com.au is an online invoicing platform that allows users to create, send, and upload invoices. The service includes invoice generation, and uploading invoices to Xero.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and ensuring that all account information is accurate and up-to-date.

4. Pricing and Payments

• •We offer a free trial for the first 50 invoices. After that, a flat fee of 15 cents per invoice applies.
• •Invoices are billed monthly
• •All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• •We do not offer refunds.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• •Comply with Australian tax laws and regulations
• •Maintain confidentiality of client information
• •Not use the service for any illegal purposes

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
